Gemfribrozil Lopid precautions

If you miss a dose of gemfribrozil lopid, do not double the
next dose. Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual
dosing schedule. Take the missed gemfribrozil lopid dose as
soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for
the next gemfribrozil lopid dose, skip the missed Casodex dose
